Mrs. Varve 36yrs old female is wife of Auto Driver was suffering from Rheumatic Mitral Stenosis since last 10 years, she was advised Mitral Valve replacement heart operations five years ago when she delivered her first child. Due to her meagre earnings she could not afford her Mitral Valve Replacement heart operation. As She belongs to extremely poor financially status , she approached social worker department of Lilavati Hospital, social worker assess the case & accepted for Mitral Valve surgery .
